Does it cost to use the patient portal?
No, there is no fee to use the patient portal.
How do I sign up?
Signing up is simple! You can call us at (402) 484-4203 or send an email to myhealth@AMImaging.com. We can also provide a patient portal pamphlet at your next appointment.
When will my results be available?
Typically, results are posted on the patient portal 24 hours after your referring physician’s office has received them. If you’re having issues viewing your results and it’s well over 24 hours, please give us a call to assist.
Is there an app I can use on my mobile device or tablet?
Yes, there is an app for mobile devices. You can find it in your device's app store by searching for Healow.
Can I view my child’s patient records?
When using Healow patient portal, each individual patient must have their own login. Although, the child's account can be linked to the parent's email address.
Can I view my images on the patient portal?
Not at this time.
