We specialize exclusively in outpatient imaging, which allows us to provide high-quality care at a lower cost than many hospital-based facilities.  By keeping our overhead low and eliminating separate facility fees, we help patients save money while providing a single, straightforward bill.

Occasionally, multiple studies are requested during the same visit.  An order for a CT of the Chest, Abdomen, and Pelvis, for example, may result in three separate charges.

If you have health insurance, our agreements with insurance companies generally require us to submit claims on your behalf.  If you chose not to use your insurance, the full cost of the exam will be due at the time of service.

You may call our billing specialists at 800-475-6112 or email CustomerService@msnllc.com to receive help understanding your bill.  A friend or family member may call us, but we require your authorization to freely discuss your account.  Please call your insurance company, at the phone number typically located on the back of your insurance ID card if you have any questions regarding your insurance payments or adjustments.

Many insurance plans require prior authorization for certain imaging studies, such as MRI and CT exams.  We have a dedicated Pre-Authorization team that works closely with your referring provider’s office to help obtain the necessary approval before your appointment.  While authorization requirements are determined by your insurance company, our team is committed to making the process as smooth as possible.
