At Advanced Medical Imaging, we take pride in being your low-cost, high-quality provider of outpatient imaging services. Our mission is to make diagnostic imaging both accessible and affordable while maintaining the highest standards of care.
To ensure timely access to imaging services for all patients, we will implement a No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy beginning January 1, 2026.
· Do not attend their scheduled appointment, or
· Cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice will be assessed a $50 fee.
· This fee is not covered by insurance and will be the patient’s responsibility.
· Our goal is to keep appointment times available for other patients who need imaging services as soon as possible.
As a valued low-cost provider, we work hard to offer convenient scheduling and quick access to care — and your cooperation helps us continue to do so. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
